Return Policy

Since we are selling fruit and due to food safety concerns, we cannot accept product returns.

Refund and Replacement Policy

Since we cannot accept product returns, we do offer refunds or replacements if the quality of the produce does not meet your standards.  If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the quality of produce you receive, simply call us at 913-257-3150 or email us at frank@fresh2deskkc.com and we will arrange to replace the product in question or to come pick up the product and issue a refund. 

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to sign up for recurring billing, you may cancel at any time for any reason.  There is no obligation to continue receiving our service and there is no cancellation fee if you wish to stop.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

Fresh2DeskKC only delivers to approved locations.  Please find a list of companies currently approved here.

Your order will be delivered to the address listed under the location you select as your workplace.  All deliveries will be brought to a central point where your employer assumes responsibility for the product and arranges distribution.  You may contact us at any time to find out where your employer has selected as the central delivery location. 

Orders must be placed by Friday at noon for delivery the following Monday.  All orders received after that time will be delivered the subsequent week. 

Shipping is free to most locations.  If there is a shipping fee, you will be notified when you select your company’s location and again at the final checkout before your order is processed.
